The staff offered helpful information about local restaurants. air conditioning in the room was useful. i appreciated being able to leave my bags before check-in. I also checked in early (around noon).
I noticed the rooms could use some updating. They seemed a bit dated.

The location is seriously awesome! it is less than ten minutes from the central station. there are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. the staff were very good and super helpful. I totally loved them.
the hotel didn't have extras like a mini-fridge. there wasn't even a pot for hot water in my room, that's too bad. the breakfast buffet seemed very expensive and the food selection was spare. i also found the person who runs it quite unfriendly

the staff was amazing (i really needed help). they scheduled a very early morning taxi for me. the hotel even prepared a breakfast to take with me. this was quite helpful.
the room is small. offering that for 3 adults was essentially an oversell. the room also lacked basic amenities. i was expecting a hot water kettle.

The provided towels were thin. I only had two hand towels. I didn't have a full size towel after my shower.
